舒适护理模式及实施流程在胸外科护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing Mode and Implementation Procedure in Thoracic Surgery Nursing

目的:观察舒适护理模式及实施流程在胸外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院胸外科2017年5月-2018年10月收治的肺部胸腔镜手术患者82例,随机分为采用舒适护理模式及实施流程的观察组(41例)与采用常规护理的对照组(41例),观察患者术后相关情况、负性情绪及并发症发生率。结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,呼吸功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组SAS评分、SDS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.88%)低于对照组(24.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸外科护理中应用舒适护理模式及实施流程,能减轻患者疼痛感,提高舒适度,促进呼吸功能恢复,改善负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴。

Objective:To observe the application effect of comfortable nursing mode and implementation process in thoracic surgery nursing.Method:A total of 82 patients from May 2017 to October 2018 in the department of thoracic surgery of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(41 cases)with comfortable nursing mode and implementation process and the control group(41 cases)with routine nursing,and the postoperative related conditions,negative emotions and complications were observed.Result:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the comfort score was higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time of respiratory function was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the nursing group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.88%)was lower than that in the control group(24.39%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing model and implementation process in thoracic surgery nursing can reduce patients’pain,improve comfort,promote the recovery of respiratory function,improve negative emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.
