综合护理干预对预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Anaemic Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探究综合护理干预对预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床措施及疗效。方法:择取2018年1-6月笔者所在医院收治的160例产妇进行研究,随机分组将其分为参照组、研究组。给予参照组产妇常规护理干预,给予研究组产妇综合护理干预。对比两组宫缩乏力性产后出血发生率、护理满意度、产后出血情况及产妇情绪状况。结果:研究组宫缩乏力性产后出血发生率(6.25%)低于参照组(17.50%),总满意率(96.25%)高于参照组(76.25%),产后2、24 h出血量均少于参照组,产后SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取综合护理干预能有效预防宫缩乏力性产后出血发生,并有效减少产后出血量,改善产后情绪及满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical measures and efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention to prevent anaemic postpartum hemorrhage.Method:A total of 160 puerpera in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the research group.Routine nursing intervention in the reference group and comprehensive nursing intervention in the research group were given.The incidence,nursing satisfaction,postpartum hemorrhage and emotional status of puerpera were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence rate of uterine fatigue postpartum hemorrhage in the study group(6.25%)was lower than that of the reference group(17.50%),the total satisfaction rate(96.25%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.25%),the postpartum bleeding volume at 2,24 h were lower than those of the reference group,and the postpartum SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of fatigue postpartum hemorrhage,and effectively reduce postpartum blood loss,improve postpartum mood and satisfaction.
