优质护理管理应用于医院感染控制中的临床效果及价值分析

An analysis of the Clinical Effect and Value of Quality Nursing Management in Nosocomial Infection Control

目的:探究医院感染控制中优质护理的应用效果以及对整体医疗水平的提升效果。方法:共计抽取200例患者参与本次临床研究,所有患者均于2018年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院就诊,诊治中配合常规护理的100例患者为对照组,诊治中配合优质护理的100例患者为研究组,分组对比200例患者护理后院内感染发生情况及对护理工作的满意情况。结果:研究组患者护理后各类院内感染情况的发生率与对照组相比明显较低,对护理工作的满意度评分与对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在临床诊治中的应用对于护理质量的提升有明显的效果,能够有效降低院内各类感染情况的发生,提升治疗及护理安全性,促进治护效果的提升,具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in nosocomial infection control and to improve the overall medical level.Method:A total of 200 patients were selected to participate in the clinical study.All patients were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.A total of 100 patients who cooperated with routine nursing in diagnosis and treatment were the control group.A total of 100 patients who cooperated with high-quality nursing in diagnosis and treatment were the study group.The incidence of nosocomial infection and satisfaction with nursing work of 200 patients were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of various nosocomial infections in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of nursing work was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in clinical diagnosis and treatment has obvious effect on the improvement of nursing quality.It can effectively reduce the occurrence of various kinds of infections in hospital,improve the safety of treatment and nursing,and promote the improvement of treatment effect.It has high popularization and application value.
