项针联合吞咽功能康复训练对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的影响

Effect of Neck Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training of Swallowing Function on the Swallowing Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析项针联合吞咽功能康复训练对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的影响.方法:纳入2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的92例脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为两组,对照组46例采用吞咽功能康复训练治疗,治疗组46例采用项针联合吞咽功能康复训练治疗,均治疗4周.对比两组临床疗效、VFSS评分、SSA评分.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的69.57%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4周后VFSS评分明显高于对照组,SSA评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:项针联合吞咽功能康复训练可有效改善脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能,疗效显著,值得借鉴.

Objective:To analyze the effect of neck acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of swallowing function on the swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 92 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(46 cases)received rehabilitation training of swallowing function,and the treatment group(46 cases)received neck acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of swallowing function,and all patients were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,VFSS scores and SSA scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 69.57% of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the VFSS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the SSA score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neck acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of swallowing function can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.The curative effect is remarkable and worth learning from.
