重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗青光眼滤过术后干眼症的效果

Effects of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Xerophthalmia after Filtration Surgery of Glaucoma

目的:分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗青光眼滤过术后干眼症的效果.方法:回顾分析2016年3月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者60例,按治疗方式分为对照组(接受玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗)和研究组(接受重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗),每组30例.比较两组治疗情况.结果:研究组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05).治疗前两组眼表功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后研究组SRI、SAI均低于对照组,BUT、Schirmer I均高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组SF-36评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后研究组SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者接受重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,效果突出,可显著改善眼表功能,进而提高生活质量.

Objective:To analyze the effects of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia after filtration surgery of glaucoma.Method:A total of 60 patients with xerophthalmia after filtration surgery of glaucoma from March 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(received Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops)and the study group(received Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops),30 cases in each group.The treatment status was compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the indexes of ocular surface function were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,SRI and SAI in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and BUT and Schirmer I were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of SF-36 were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops are effective in the treatment of xerophthalmia after filtration surgery of glaucoma,which can significantly improve the ocular surface function and the quality of life.
