布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂结合孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhaler Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Patients with Asthma COPD Overlap Syndrome

目的:研究布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂结合孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的效果及安全性.方法:选择2017年4月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院确诊并且治疗的哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者80例,使用抛掷硬币法将其分为联合组和对比组,各40例.联合组使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂结合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对比组使用孟鲁司特钠治疗.比较两组临床疗效、肺功能和炎症因子指标、不良反应发生情况.结果:联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对比组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组肺功能和炎症因子指标均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂结合孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的效果显著.

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhaler combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of asthma COPD overlap syndrome.Method:Eighty patients with asthma COPD overlap syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the combined group and the comparison group by tossing a coin,with 40 patients in each group.The combined group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhaler combined with Montelukast Sodium,while the comparison group was treated with Montelukast Sodium.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,inflammatory factor indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicators of pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in the combined group were better than those in the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhaler combined with Montelukast Sodium is effective in the treatment of asthma COPD overlap syndrome.
