米非司酮+米索前列醇配合综合护理对瘢痕子宫早期妊娠的效果观察

Effect of Mifepristone Plus Misoprostol Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on Early Pregnancy of Scar Uterus

目的:研究瘢痕子宫早期妊娠患者开展米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗的价值.方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院接收的瘢痕子宫早期妊娠患者80例纳入研究,以入院时间分为试验组(n=40)及对照组(n=40),对照组开展米非司酮治疗+常规护理,试验组开展米非司酮+米索前列醇治疗+综合护理,对比两组护理效果、临床治疗总有效率、妊娠异物排出时间.结果:试验组护理优良率(100%)高于对照组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组妊娠异物排出时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:瘢痕子宫早期妊娠患者开展米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗、综合护理后,既可提高治疗及护理效果,又可缩短妊娠异物排出时间,可借鉴.

Objective:To study the effect of Mifepristone plus Misoprostol combined with comprehensive nursing on early pregnancy of scar uterus.Method:From March 2017 to March 2019,80 cases of scarred uterine early pregnancy were included in the study,and they were divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the admission time.The control group was given Mifepristone treatment+routine care,the experimental group was given Mifepristone+Misoprostol treatment+comprehensive care.The nursing effect,clinical total effective rate,pregnancy foreign body discharge time of two groups were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of nursing in the trial group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(87.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the trial group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of pregnancy foreign body discharge in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone plus Misoprostol combined with comprehensive nursing in patients with early pregnancy of scar uterus can not only improve the treatment and nursing effect,but also shorten the time of foreign body excretion in pregnancy,which can be used for reference.
