麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全身麻醉患者术中应激、苏醒躁动期的干预效果

The Effect of Anesthesia Recovery Nursing Combined with Heat Preservation Nursing on Stress and Restlessness of General Anesthesia Patientsduring Operation

目的:探讨麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全身麻醉患者术中应激、苏醒躁动期的干预效果.方法:采用分层抽样法选取2018年10月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的100例全身麻醉手术患者.用随机数字表法进行分为两组,对照组(50例)实施围术期常规护理,研究组(50例)在对照组基础上强化麻醉苏醒护理、保温护理.比较两组护理效果.结果:研究组T2、T3时血压、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组苏醒期躁动、低体温、寒战、苏醒延迟发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:全身麻醉患者围术期加强麻醉苏醒护理与保温护理效果理想,可减轻术中应激反应,降低苏醒期躁动、低体温等并发症发生风险.

Objective:To explore the effect of anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing on stress and restless period in general anesthesia.Method:A total of 100 patients with general anesthesia in hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected by stratified sampling.The patients were divided into the control group(50 cases,received routine perioperative nursing),and the study group(50 cases,strengthened anesthesia recovery nursing and heat preservation nursing on the basis of the control group).The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The blood pressure,adrenaline and noradrenaline of the study group were lower than those of the control group at T2 and T3,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of restlessness,hypothermia,shivering and delayed recovery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of strengthening anesthesia recovery nursing and heat preservation nursing is ideal for patients with general anesthesia in perioperative period,which can reduce the stress reaction during operation,reduce the risk of restlessness,hypothermia and other complications during recovery period.
