加味二陈汤联合抗生素治疗痰湿阻肺型肺炎的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Jiawei Erchen Decoction Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Pneumonia of Phlegm-dampness Accumulated in the Lung

目的:观察加味二陈汤联合抗生素治疗痰湿阻肺型肺炎的临床效果.方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的痰湿阻肺型肺炎患者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例,对照组静脉注射头孢曲松钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上辅用加味二陈汤,口服,两组均连续用药2周.治疗期间观察两组患者发热、咳嗽、咯痰、湿啰音等临床症状及体征改善情况,评定两组临床治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组平均退热时间、肺啰音消失时间、咯痰消失时间、咳嗽停止时间均显著短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为91.89%,显著高于对照组(78.38%),两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加味二陈汤联合抗生素治疗痰湿阻肺型肺炎的临床效果确切,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pneumonia of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung.Method:From March 2018 to March 2019,74 patients with pneumonia of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium intravenously.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Erchen Decoction on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks continuously.During the treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs such as fever,cough,expectoration and moist rale were observed,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated.Result:After treatment,the mean time of fever reduction,rales disappearance,expectoration disappearance and cough stopping in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 91.89%,significantly higher than that in the control group(78.38%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung is accurate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
