美宝创疡贴联合康复新液治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的效果观察

Effect of Mebaochuang Selective Plaster Combined with Kangfuxin Solution on Chronic Skin Ulcer

目的:探讨美宝创疡贴与康复新液联合治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的效果.方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的慢性皮肤溃疡患者58例,将其随机分为两组,每组29例.对照组采用美宝创疡贴治疗,研究组采用美宝创疡贴与康复新液联合治疗.比较两组临床疗效及生活质量.结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:慢性皮肤溃疡患者采用美宝创疡贴与康复新液联合治疗效果显著,有效提高患者生活质量,应推广应用.

Objective:To explore the effect of Mebaochuang Selective Plaster combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer.Method:A total of 58 patients with chronic skin ulcer admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mebaochuang Selective Plaster,while the study group was treated with Mebaochuang Selective Plaster combined with Kangfuxin Solution.The clinical effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of DLQI in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Mebaochuang Selective Plaster and Kangfuxin Solution has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic skin ulcer patients,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,it should be popularized and applied.
