肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤自发破裂危险因素研究进展

An Update on Risk Factors for Spontaneous Rupture of Renal Angiomyolipoma

肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(renal angiomyolipoma,RAML)是一种少见肾脏肿瘤,一般表现为良性,但肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤会发生破裂出血,肾周或腹膜后血肿,甚至导致患者死亡.因此,临床工作中有必要及时评估肿瘤出血风险,采取预防性措施,降低肿瘤出血发生率.本文就肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤可能出血原因简单综述,指导临床及时对破裂出血风险较大的肿瘤采取进一步治疗,减少不良事件发生.

Renal angiomyolipoma(RAML)is an infrequent renal tumor,in most cases,follows a benign course.Enlarging RAML can rupture spontaneously resulting in perirenal or massive retroperitoneal hemorrhage,and occasionally leading to life-threatening bleeding.So,it is important to assess the risk factors for spontaneous rupture of RAML and take the treatments to reduce the occurrence of RAML spontaneous rupturing.Thus,the present paper aimed to provide recent updates of the potential cause of RAML rupture,by doing so we hope to remind urologists to take treatment timely for RAML that has high risk of spontaneous rupture,and to avoid the occurrence of tumor rupture.
