绿色橱柜评价模型消费属性指标限值的验证研究

Verification Study On The Limit Value of Consumption Index of Green Cabinet

在绿色橱柜产品认证过程中,消费属性是评判其产品质量的重要依据,但其约束性指标是否能够满足当下消费者的使用要求,需要进一步试验验证。本文基于"十三五"国家重点研发计划项目"重点领域绿色产品认证关键技术研究",依据初步认证模型,通过对橱柜样品的测试,结合大量整体橱柜家具测试结果的数据分析,对模型中消费属性约束性指标限值设置进行研究,验证可迁移元素、甲醛释放率和TVOC释放率限量值的合理性。以期对消费属性提出建设性意见。

In the green cupboard product certification process,the consumption attribute of green cupboard is an important basis to judgethe quality of itsproducts.Whether its binding indicators can meet the requirements of current consumers,further testing is required.This paper is based on the"13 th Five-Year"National Key R&D Program"Key Technology Research on Green Product Certification in Key Fields",according to the preliminary certification model,through the test of the cupboard samples,combined with the data analysis of the test results of a large number of integratedcupboard furniture,in order to study on the limit setting of constrained index of consumption attribute in model.Verify the rationality of the migratable elements,formaldehyde release rate,and TVOC release rate limits.With a view to constructive comments on consumer attributes.
