EXHIBITION AND CONVENTION CENTER

会展是现代化程度高且综合性强的都市服务型产业,是城市发展的助推器。1951年,中国首次参加"莱比锡春季博览会",标志着我国会展业的开端。次年,中国贸促会正式成立。随后的近30年,是我国会展业发展的起步期,期间由贸促会主办了400多场出境展览,同期接待了100多场外国来华展览。

Exhibition and convention is a highly modern and comprehensive urban service industry and a booster for urban development.In 1951,China's first participation in the"Leipzig Spring Fair"marked the beginning of China's convention and exhibition industry.The following year,China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT)was formally established,and China's convention and exhibition industry has developed in the next 30 years.During the period,the CCPIT hosted more than 400 outbound exhibitions and more than 100 foreign exhibitions in China.
