摘要
随着社会快节奏地发展,中小学生心理健康对其学习生活、人际关系、适应社会、人格素养等均有着重要影响。遵循中小学生身心发展规律,有目的、有计划地设计社会劳动实践序列。通过社会劳动实践,不仅锻炼中小学生的身体健康,也促进他们的心理健康水平的提高,这有利于家庭、学校和社会和谐发展。
With the rapid development of society,the mental health of primary and middle school students has an important impact on their study and life,interpersonal relationship,social adaptation and personality quality.Follow the law of physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students,design social labor practice sequence purposefully and systematically.Through the social labor practice,not only exercise the physical health of primary and secondary school students,but also promote the improvement of their mental health level,which is conducive to the harmonious development of families,schools and society.
