摘要
当前,高职院校创业教学存在不足,主要表现为与创业实践活动衔接不够紧密,实践教学资源缺乏,教学模式单一,忽视对学生进行个性化与差异化指导。为改进这些不足,以韩力争的扎根理论为依据,设计并实施新时代高职院校创业课程,将其分为创业能力训练课程模块、创业个性训练课程模块与创业环境创设模块,并落实保障措施。实际应用表明,该创业课程能激发学生参与创业的主动性,打造数量众多的创业项目,并取得比较显著的教学成果。
At present,there are some shortcomings in entrepreneurship teaching in higher vocational colleges.The main manifestations are that the connection with entrepreneurial practice activities is not close enough,the practical teaching resources are lacking,the teaching mode is single,and the individualized and differentiated guidance for students is neglected.In order to improve these deficiencies,based on the rooted theory of Han Lizheng,design and implement the entrepreneurial curriculum of higher vocational colleges in the new era,and divide them into entrepreneurship training curriculum modules,entrepreneurial personality training curriculum modules and entrepreneurial environment creation modules,and implement guarantees.Measures.The practical application shows that the entrepreneurship course can stimulate students'initiative in entrepreneurship,create a large number of entrepreneurial projects,and achieve relatively significant teaching results.
