摘要
KLaF4作为上转换发光纳米材料的基质材料之一,有着良好的应用前景。采用溶剂热法制备了Fe^3+离子掺杂的六方相KLaF4:Er^3+/Yb^3+纳米晶。对样品的形貌结构和表面吸附基团进行了表征,并研究其在980 nm激发波长下的上转换性能。结果表明,样品的上转换发光强度随着Fe^3+离子掺杂浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。在Fe^3+离子浓度为10%时,其红绿发光比达到最大值,为未掺杂样品的11倍。上转换发光强度的增加主要归因于Fe^3+离子的掺杂打破了Er^3+局部晶场的对称性,提高了电子辐射跃迁的几率,从而提高了上转换发光的强度。
KLaF4,as one of the matrix materials of upconversion luminescent nanomaterials,has a good research prospect.Hexagonal KLaF4:Er^3+/Yb^3+nanocrystals doped with Fe^3+ions were prepared by solvothermal method.The morphology and surface adsorption groups of the samples were also characterized.The upconversion emission spectra for samples at excita tion wavelength of 980 nm were measured meanwhile.The upconversion emission intensity of the samples first increases and then decreases with the increase of doping concentration of Fe^3+ions.The ratio of red to green emission reaches the maximum value and it's 11 times lager than the undoped samples when the concentration of Fe^3+is at 10%.The enhancement of upcon version emission intensity is attributed to the doping of Fe^3+ions breaking the symmetry of the local crystal field of Er^3+ions and increasing the transition probability of electrons,and the efficiency and intensity of upconversion luminescence are im proved.
