摘要
飞速发展的计算机科学、信息技术以及各类组学技术使生物信息学在生物学和医学等领域中起到了愈发重要的作用,应用前景日益凸显。对国际生物信息学教育研究的发展历程进行概述,并对国外基于学科核心素养的生物信息学教育指导思想、其在教育体系中的融合、相关网络资源和社会团体等情况进行了介绍,以期为我国生物信息学教育建设提供参考和新思路。
The recent surge of computer science,information technology and omics in the potential advancement of re search and development in biology and medicine systems has created a need for an educated workforce in bioinformatics.However,effectively teaching bioinformatics through formal and informal educational settings has been a challenge in China.This article summarizes the development of international bioinformatics education research and current status of it's curricu lum guidelines in terms of bioinformatics core competencies,integration in education system,network resources and commu nity groups.Furthermore,these individuals,work provide reference and inspiration for the bioinformatics educators in our country.
