天津滨海图书馆

TIANJIN BINHAI LIBRARY

天津滨海图书馆是MVRDV 建筑规划事务所与天津市城市规划设计研究院共同设计建造的城市新型图书馆,是滨海文化中心的一部分,一期由五个文化场馆与一条文化走廊构成,分别由国内外知名建筑团队合作设计,包括MVRDV 建筑师事务所、伯纳德·屈米建筑师事务所、GMP 建筑师事务所、Bing Thom 建筑师事务所、天津华汇工程建筑设计有限公司、天津市城市规划设计研究院及天津市建筑设计院等。总体规划限定了严格的建筑体量,设计团队须在此既有体量中达到所有的空间特质和要素。建筑体量自场地向内推开,形成一个洞口,再向中心嵌入一个球形报告厅。书山环绕球体排列,形成一个中庭,书架既作为阶梯、座椅,也构成上方的天花板,在夜晚形成一条连绵的地形景观。曲线书架沿着两面巨大的玻璃立面延伸,将图书馆与中庭两侧的户外公园和室内公共走廊相连接,同时还作为外墙的遮光百叶阻挡过强的日照,但也保证室内整体的明亮和通透。

Tianjin Binhai Library is a new type of city librarydesigned and built by MVRDV Architects and TianjinAcademy of Urban Planning and Design. TianjinBinhai Library is part of the Binhai Cultural Centerwhich consists of five cultural venues and a culturalcorridor, designed by well-known joint team of localand abroad architectural teams, including MVRDVArchitects, Bernard Tschumi Architects, GMP Architects,Bing Thom Architects, Tianjin Huahui Engineeringand Architecture Design Co., Ltd., TianjinAcademy of Urban Planning and Design and TianjinArchitectural Design Institute. The master plan limitsthe exact volume of the building, in which the designteam must achieve all the spatial characteristics andelements of the existing mass.
