无机填料对聚氨酯共聚网络阻尼性的影响 被引量:5

INFLUENCE OF FILLED INORGANIC FILLERS ON DAMPING PROPERTIES OF POLYURETHANE NETWORKS

摘要 本文合成了蓖麻油共丙烯酸羟乙酯聚氨酯预聚体,以无机填料填充,经紫外光固化得到一系列样品。用动态粘弹谱仪研究了它们的阻尼性质,加入合适的填料,能使损耗模量 E″和 tanδ的峰覆盖比较宽的温度范围。同时还发现,加入少量的填料,共聚网络可能会发生明显的相分离,填料逐步增加,相分离减小甚至消失。这可能与无机填料和共聚网络的相互作用有关,还与填料的形状及表面积有关。 Castor oil-co-hydroxy ethyl acrylate polyurethane prepolymer wasprepared.This prepolymer was filled with different inorganic filler and cured using ultra-violetradiation to form a series of co-networks.Their damping properties were measured by dynamicviscoelastomer.When fillers were added,the peaks of the loss modulus E″,and the tanδ canbe covered a range of broader temperature.It was found that the co-networks may discoverremarkable phase separation when adding a small amount of fillers.The phase separation de-creased and disappeared with an increase of fillers progressively,as is probably in relation toan interaction of the inorganic fillers and the co-networks and to the shape and surface area ofthe fillers.
