复方中草药添加剂对芦花鸡生产性能、肉质性状及腿肌H-FABP mRNA表达量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Production Performance,Meat Quality and H-FABP mRNA Expression in Leg Muscles of Luhua Chickens

摘要 试验旨在探究复方中草药添加剂对芦花鸡生产性能、肉质性状及腿肌H-FABP mRNA表达量的影响。试验采用单因子设计方案,选取1日龄体重相近、健康的芦花鸡作为研究对象,将600只芦花鸡均分为对照组和试验组,每组300只鸡(公母各半),每组4个重复,每个重复75只鸡,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.3%的复方中草药添加剂,预饲期7 d,试验期84 d。结果(与对照组相比)显示:试验组平均日增重提高17.01%(P<0.01),料重比降低25.84%(P<0.01);腿肌剪切力和滴水损失分别降低26.83%(P<0.05)和17.42%(P<0.05),腿肌的肌纤维密度提高27.55%(P<0.05),肌纤维直径降低11.57%(P<0.05);腿肌H-FABP m RNA表达量无显著变化(P>0.05)。研究表明:该复方中草药添加剂可提高芦花鸡的生产性能,还可提高肌肉的嫩度,改善肌肉的品质。 This study investigated the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on production performance,meat quality and the expression of H-FABP gene in leg muscle of Luhua chickens.600 one-day-old Luhua chickens,selected for similar weight and good health,were equally divided into the control group and the test group,Each group contained 300 chickens(half of male and female),with 4 replicates pretreatment,and each replicate included 75 chickens.The control group was fed with basic diet.The test group was fed with the basic diet supplemented with 0.3%compound Chinese herbal medicine additives.After 7 days pre-feed,both groups were fed for 84 days.The results showed that the dail weight gain was increased by 17.01%(P<0.01);the feed conversion rate was decreased by 25.84%(P<0.01);the shear force and the drip loss of leg muscle were decreased by 26.83%(P<0.05)and 17.42%(P<0.05),the muscle fiber density of leg were increased by 27.55%(P<0.05),and the muscle fiberdiameter of leg were decreased by 11.57%(P<0.05).There was no significant influence on the expression of H-FABP mRNA in leg muscle(P>0.05).The results demonstrated that the production performance,the tenderness and quality of muscle of Luhua chickens were improved by the compound Chinese herbal medicine additives.
