滨湖选煤厂煤泥可浮性研究 被引量:3

摘要 对滨湖选煤厂入浮煤泥进行了筛分试验、单元浮选试验、煤泥分步释放试验和实验室浮选柱浮选试验,分析了入浮煤泥的粒度组成,探索了药剂用量对浮选效果的影响,评定了煤泥的可浮性,并在相同药剂用量条件下比较了浮选机与浮选柱的分选效果。结果表明:当要求精煤灰分为8.0%时,滨湖选煤厂入浮煤泥为中等可浮;在捕收剂用量为600 g/t,起泡剂用量为600 g/t时,浮选机分选效果最佳;在相同灰分等级条件下,浮选柱比浮选机分选效果更佳。 In order to explore the flotability of the Binhu Plant’s coal slime, extensive work is made, including screening analysis of flotation feed, batch-flotation test, timed-release analysis, laboratory flotation test using flotation column, flotation feed size composition analysis, analysis of effect of dosage of agent on flotation performance, as well as comparison of performances of flotation cell and flotation column under identical angent dosing conditions. Test result shows that: the slime is moderately flotable at a specified concentrate ash of 8.0%;at a dosage of collector of 600 g/t and a dosage of frother of 600 g/t, the use of flotation cell can produce a best result;and in the case that flotation cell and flotation column are required to produce a concentrate product with the same ash, the latter is superior to the former in performance.
