摘要
针对马家田矿选煤厂末煤系统存在的高灰细粒煤泥压滤困难问题,首先对浮选尾煤的入料性质进行分析,确定压滤困难的原因。通过适量添加助滤剂来改善压滤入料的性质,以提高压滤效果。通过渣浆泵与柱塞泵入料方式的探索研究,在一定程度上降低入料时间,改善压滤效果。同时,对工艺系统进行优化改造,增强生产系统的适应性和可靠性,从而较好地解决了选煤厂生产中高灰细泥的压滤问题。
With an aim to tackle the problem regarding the difficulty in press filtration of the high-ash fine coal of the small coal cleaning system,an analysis is first made of the property of the flotation tailings for indentifying the cause of the filtration difficulty.Based on study result,property of feed to filter press is improved through adding an appropriate closage of filter aid for better filtration effect.Through exploration of the feeding modes of slurry pump and plunger pump,it is observed that the combined use of the two kinds of pumps can lead to reduced filter press feeding timeand improved filtration result to a certain extent.In addition to the abovementioned measures,the filtration system is optimized through renovation for enhancing its adaptability and reliability.The adoption of the mensures has made it possible for the plant to better cope with the difficulty iin filtration of high-ash fine slime.
