摘要
以某两臂一篮轮胎式钢拱架安装机为研究对象,结合其结构特点及工况建立了力学模型,对机械臂和吊篮总成进行载荷分析,确定稳定力矩与倾翻力矩。参照国家标准,采用稳定系数法校核整机作业稳定性,基于Matlab计算得出了稳定系数与吊篮臂提升角、机械臂提升角、机械臂横摆角和坡度的稳定性曲线,从而对整机作业稳定性进行了验证。
A two-arm and one-basket tire type steel arch installation vehicle is taken as the research object, and the mechanical model is established based on its structural characteristics and working conditions. The stabilizing and overturning moment have been ascertained by means of load analysis of the mechanical arm and the basket assembly, then checking the operation stability of the whole machine by the stability coefficient method according to the national standards. Based on the Matlab, the stability curves about the stability coefficient with the lifting angle of the basket arm, the lifting angle and the yaw angle of the manipulator arm, and the slope are obtained. Then the operation stability of the steel arch installation machine is verified.
