基于全生命周期的医院信息系统质量管理

Quality Management of Hospital Information System Based on the Whole Life Cycle

医院业务的正常运行必须依赖于医院信息系统的稳定。本研究结合Y省中医医院HIS系统建设实际,分析了医院信息系统运行过程中存在的系统定位不明、系统软件功能性不高、质量管理组织和制度不健全等问题。提出基于医院信息系统全生命周期过程的质量管理措施,包括医院信息系统立项过程、开发过程、运维过程以及消亡过程等管理。

The normal operation of hospital business must depend on the stability of information system.Based on the actual situation in the construction of hospital information system(HIS)in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Y province,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the operation of the HIS,such as unclear system positioning,low system software functionality,and imperfect quality management organization and system.Furthermore,the quality management measures in the whole life cycle of the HIS were improved,including the process of project establishment,development,operation,maintenance and death of the hospital information system.
