摘要
医疗服务社会化使医院与项目承接商之间实现资源互补和优化配置。针对生化检验试剂管理存在的问题,实施生化检验服务社会化,即向第三方服务公司购买服务,由第三方负责整个检验过程,包括试剂、人员、设备等。实施后,检验总成本下降了19.28%,有效降低了运营成本,提高了运行效率,优化了内部资源配置。针对存在的可靠性风险和数据泄露风险,医院应在服务社会化中采取事前预防、事中控制、事后评估等控制措施,在提高医院检验质量的同时避免损失,保障医院财产安全。
The socialization of medical service enables hospitals and project contractors to realize resource complementarity and optimal allocation.Aiming at the problems existing in the management of biochemical testing reagent,Nankai Hospital implemented the socialization of biochemical testing service,that was,purchasing the service from the third-party service company,and the third party was responsible for the whole testing process,including reagent,personnel and equipment,etc.After the implementation,the total testing cost decreased by 19.28%,effectively reducing operating costs,improving operating efficiency and optimizing internal resource allocation.In view of the existing reliability risk and data leakage risk,the hospital should take control measures such as pre-prevention,in-process control and post-evaluation in the service socialization,so as to improve the quality of hospital laboratory tests while avoiding loss and ensuring the safety of hospital property.
