尿路感染患者尿液普通需氧菌快速药敏试验研究

摘要 目的探索尿路感染患者尿液药敏试验新方法,缩短获得药敏试验结果的时间。方法总结我院尿路感染细菌培养结果,结合《国家抗微生物治疗指南》等抗生素指导丛书,筛选出占有率较高的致病菌和敏感性较高的抗生素,对尿路感染患者的尿液直接进行药敏试验,并与传统药敏试验K-B法和MIC法的药敏试验结果进行比对。结果直接药敏试验结果与K-B法和MIC法的符合率均达到94.2%以上。结论尿路感染患者尿液直接药敏试验可在很大程度上取代传统的K-B法和MIC法,获得药敏试验结果的时间从72 h以上缩短至18 h^24 h。 Objective To explore a new approach of urine drug Sensitivity test for patients with urinary tract infection,so as to shorten the duration to obtain the results of drug Sensitivity test.Methods To make a summary on the bacterial culture results of urinary tract infections in our hospital,combine with the antibiotics guidebooks such as the National Antimicrobial Treatment Guide,filter out the pathogenic bacteria with higher occupancy and antibiotics with higher sensitivity,carry out drug test directly on the urine from the patients with urinary tract infection and compared the results from traditional drug sensitivity test of K-B method and that of MIC method.Results The coincidence rate of the results of the direct drug sensitivity test,the K-B method and the MIC method all reached more than 94.2%.Conclusion The direct sensitivity test of urine in patients with urinary tract infection can largely replace the traditional K-B method and MIC method;the time to obtain the results of drug sensitivity test is reduced from more than 72 hours to 18-24 hours.
