江西高安地区消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌感染率调查分析

Investigation of helicobator pylori infection rate of patients with digestive tract disease in Gao’an area in Jiangxi

目的探讨江西高安地区消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况。方法选取2018年9月-12月我院收治的接受^(14)C呼气试验检查的消化道疾病患者320例,统计记录不同消化道疾病Hp感染率、不同年龄段Hp感染率、不同性别Hp感染率。结果十二指肠溃疡Hp阳性率为61.43%、胃癌Hp阳性率为27.78%、慢性胃炎Hp阳性率为35.43%、复合溃疡Hp阳性率为68.97%、胃溃疡Hp阳性率为63.16%。随着年龄的增长,Hp阳性率不断增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性Hp感染率高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道疾病与Hp感染具有密切联系,临床正确干预Hp感染对改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the helicobator pylori(Hp)infection of patients with digestive tract disease in Gao’an area in Jiangxi.Methods 320 patients with digestive tract disease who received C14 breath test in the hospital from September 2018 to December 2018 were selected.The Hp infection rates of patients with different digestive tract diseases,different ages and different gender were recorded.Results The Hp positive rates of duodenal ulcer,gastric cancer,chronic gastritis,complex ulcer and gastric ulcer were 61.43%,27.78%,35.43%,68.97%,63.16%,respectively.With the increase of age,the Hp positive rate gradually increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Hp infection rate of the male was higher than that of the female,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive tract disease is closely related to Hp infection.Clinically,correct intervention of Hp infection is of great significance to improve patients’quality of life.
