摘要
随着各类用户对卫星导航系统服务需求的不断提升,各大卫星导航系统逐步将关注点由系统研制建设转移至了系统及产品可靠性、维修性、保障性等服务可靠性方面.为实现系统研制建设及运行维护阶段的风险管理与评估,本文围绕地面主备运行控制、锚固支持和星座自主运行三种大系统运行模式,系统地分析了各种模式下的系统可靠性研究方法.同时,结合蒙特卡罗、马尔可夫链、贝叶斯网络等成熟的可靠性理论,提出了一种结合动、静态可靠性分析方法的星地协同运行可靠性分析框架,初步分析了该方法在工程中的可行性和有效性.
As to the service requirement improvement of navigation satellite system,the emphasis has been laid on reliability,maintainability and indemnificatory instead of system construction.To realize the risk management and assessment of navigation satellite system in system construction and operation maintenance segment,the paper researched on the reliability operation status and satellite-ground operation model,analyzed the availability method of constellations,ground operation control system and anchor station.On the basis of some mature reliability theories,such as Monte-Carlo,Markov chain and Bayesian network,a reliability framework with traditional static analysis and dynamic analysis method was promoted and its feasibility and effectiveness were also been verified preliminarily.
