摘要
为了研究组氨酸成分对平菇菌丝体生长的影响,设计不同浓度的组氨酸-PDA培养基进行平菇菌丝体长的对比试验,用以确定最适合平菇菌丝生长的组氨酸浓度。结果表明,最适合平菇菌丝生长的组氨酸浓度为120μg/mL,此项研究为平菇的规范化生长提供帮助。
In order to study the effect of histidine on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus,the authors designed different concentrations of histidine-PDA medium to compare the mycelial length of Pleurotus ostreatus,in order to determine the most suitable concentration of histidine for the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that the histidine concentration most suitable for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was 120μg/mL.This study could be helpful for the standardized growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.
