摘要
新时代以来,中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,在转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力的关键时期,现代化产业体系的构建已成为西部地区发展的重要战略目标。为实现西部地区的现代化产业体系构建,本文立足于西部地区产业体系的所处阶段与发展特征,通过西部地区现代化产业体系指标体系的构建与测度,对西部地区现代化产业体系进行现状分析,并着眼于西部地区的产业发展现状,为西部地区现代化产业体系的构建与完善提供了路径规划与政策建议。
Since the new era,Chinese economy has been in a transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.In the critical period of transforming the development model,optimizing the economic structure,and changing the engine of growth,construction of a modern industrial system has become an important strategic goal for the development of western regions.In order to construct a modern industrial system for western regions,in this paper,we analyzed the current stage and development characteristics,set up and measured indicators,and analyzed the development situation of the industrial system of western regions,and provided the path planning and policy proposal for construction and improvement of the system.
