当下中国社会心态变化及其应对

CHANGE OF SOCIAL MENTALITY UNDER THE EPIDEMIC SITUATION OF COVID-19 AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

良好的社会心态是社会发展稳定的前提,是社会治理及其创新得以有效进行的社会心理基础。抗击新冠肺炎疫情应先构筑心理防疫“墙”。本文分析了我国社会心态变化的“四大趋势”和“四大困境”,对新冠肺炎疫情下侥幸、恐慌、愤怒、围观和猎奇等五种负面社会心态的表现形式和形成原因进行了剖析。当前,为培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态,要加强社会心理服务体系建设,加强公共服务能力建设,提升信息传播透明度,提高舆情处理能力,强化公众科学素质培养等。

Good social mentality is the prerequisite for social development and stability,and the social and psychological basis for social governance and innovation.A mental prevention"wall"should be built fi rst in order to battle against the COVID-19 epidemic.In this paper,we analyzed"Four Trends"and"Four Diffi culties"of the social mentality change in China,and the manifestation and cause of the five negative social mentalities including fluke,panic,anger,onlooking,and curiosity under the epidemic situation of COVID-19.In order to cultivate self-esteem,selfconfidence,rationality,composure,and optimism among our people,we should strengthen the construction of public psychological service system and public service capability,enhance the transparency of information dissemination,improve the capability to handle public opinions,and strengthen the scientifi c quality education of the public.
