CCR5、FOXP3在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究趋化因子受体5(CCR5)、叉头框转录因子P3(FOXP3)在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2016年1月-2017年12月在本院接受诊治的89例原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌女性患者作为观察对象,分析CCR5、FOXP3与临床病理学参数的相关性。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CCR5与HER2表达存在相关性(P<0.05);而CCR5与患者的年龄、肿瘤直径、组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、脉管瘤栓、ER/PR、Ki-67、分子分型无相关性(P>0.05);乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中FOXP3与脉管瘤栓、ER/PR、分子分型存在相关性(P<0.05);乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中FOXP3与患者的年龄、肿瘤直径、组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、Ki-67、HER2无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CCR5、FOXP3均呈高表达,联合检测CCR5、FOXP3能为临床判定乳腺浸润性导管癌分子分型、预后提供参考。 Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of CCR5 and FOXP3 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods A total of 89 women with primary breast invasive ductal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from January2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The correlation between CCR5,FOXP3 and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results There was correlation between the expressions of CCR5 and HER2 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P<0.05).CCR5 was not associated with age,tumor diameter,histological grade,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular tumor thrombus,ER/PR,Ki-67,molecular typing;FOXP3 and pulse in breast invasive ductal carcinoma;there was correlation between tube tumor thrombus,ER/PR and molecular typing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between FOXP3 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and age,tumor diameter,histological grade,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,Ki-67 and HER2(P>0.05).Conclusion CCR5 and FOXP3 are highly expressed in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Combined detection of CCR5 and FOXP3 can provide a reference for the clinical classification and prognosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
