摘要
利用直读光谱仪、电子万能试验机和光学显微镜等检测设备,试验研究新能源汽车用6082铝合金成分中元素含量区间、挤压工艺参数和在线淬火冷却方式对型材组织与性能的影响.研究结果表明:Mg含量增加对6082铝合金强度的提升有显著影响,但由于塑性降低,导致挤压过程型材出现裂纹倾向;Mn、Cr、Ti对组织细化有较好的作用,进而对型材表面质量及弯曲性能等有好的作用;不同在线淬火冷却方式对6082铝合金型材的性能有明显影响,采用先水雾冷后穿水冷的方式,能够得到较好的力学性能且保证型材外形和尺寸合格.
The influence of element content interval,extrusion process parameters and online quenching and cooling method on the structure and properties of 6082 aluminum alloy for new energy vehicles was studied by direct reading spectrometer,electronic universal testing machine and optical microscope.The results show that the increase of Mg content have a significant effect on the strength of 6082 aluminum alloy,but the reduction of plasticity lead to the crack tendency in the extrusion process.Mn,Cr and Ti have a good effect on the refinement of the structure,and then have a good effect on the surface quality and bending proper?ties of the profile.Different quenching and cooling methods on line have obvious influence on the properties of 6082 aluminum alloy profile?Water spray cooling first and water cooling later can lead to better mechanical properties and ensure the qualified profile shape and size.
