摘要
采用不同的始锻温度、终锻温度对汽车用2A50-0.5V-0.3Sr新型铝合金试样进行了锻造成型,并对锻件的力学性能和热疲劳性能进行测试和分析.结果 表明:480 ℃始锻温度、360℃终锻温度锻造的合金抗拉强度最高,断后伸长率、主裂纹平均长度和主裂纹平均宽度最小,力学性能和热疲劳性能最佳.与420℃始锻温度锻造相比,480℃始锻温度合金的抗拉强度增大了31 N/mm2,主裂纹平均长度和主裂纹平均宽度分别减小了12 μm、13 μm,断后伸长率减小幅度较小;与320℃终锻温度合金相比,360℃终锻温度合金的抗拉强度增大了35 N/mm2,主裂纹平均长度和主裂纹平均宽度分别减小了15 μm、14 μm,断后伸长率减小幅度较小.汽车用2A50-0.5V-0.3Sr铝合金的锻造温度优选为:480℃始锻温度、360℃终锻温度.
The new aluminum alloy 2A50-0.5V-0.3Sr alloy samples for automobile were forged at different starting and final forging temperatures,and the mechanical properties and thermal fatigue properties were tested and analyzed?The results show that the tensile strength of the alloy is the highest,the elongation,the average length and the average width of the main crack are the minimum,and the mechanical and thermal fatigue properties are the best when the alloy is forged at 480℃ starting temperature and 360 final temperature.Compared with that forged at 420℃ starting temperature,the tensile strength of the alloy at 480七starting temperature increases by 31 N/mm^2,the average length and width of the main crack decrease by 12μm and 13μm respectively,and elongation after fracture decreases slightly.Compared with that forged at 320℃ final temperature,the tensile strength of the alloy at 360℃ starting temperature increases by 35 N/mm^2,the average length and width of the main crack decrease by 15μm and 14μm respectively,and the elongation after fracture decreases slightly.The forging temperature of 2A50-0.5V-0.3Sr aluminum alloy for automobile is preferably 480℃ for starting forging and 360℃ for final forging.
