退火温度对5A06铝合金盐雾腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用扫描电镜、能谱分析和盐雾腐蚀测试研究了退火温度对5A06铝合金板材显微组织及耐蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明:60℃、90℃退火2h的5A06铝合金,盐雾腐蚀评级都为4s E,耐点蚀能力差;120℃退火2h的5A06铝合金,盐雾腐蚀评级为7s E,耐点蚀能力好;当退火温度升高至210℃,β相(Mg2Al3)在晶界连续分布,盐雾腐蚀评级为3m E、F,合金耐点蚀能力最差. The effects of annealing temperature on microstructure and corrosion resistance of 5A06 aluminum alloy sheet were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis and salt spray corrosion test.The results show that the 5A06 aluminum alloy annealed at 60℃ and 90℃ for 2 h has a salt spray corrosion rating of 4 s E and poor pitting resistance.The 5A06 aluminum alloy annealed at 120℃ for 2h has a salt spray corrosion rating of 7 s E and good pitting resistance.When the annealing temperature for 5 A06 aluminum alloy is increased to 210℃,the β phase(Mg2Al3)is continuously distributed at the grain boundary,the salt spray corrosion rating is 3 m E,F,and the pitting resistance is worst.
