对接受无痛内镜下切除术的胃肠息肉患者进行综合护理的效果分析

The effect of comprehensive nursing on gastrointestinal polyps undergoing painless endoscopic resection

目的:探讨对接受无痛内镜下切除术的胃肠息肉患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:将2017年6月至2019年6月期间山东省济宁市第一人民医院收治的45例胃肠息肉患者作为研究对象。对这45例患者均进行无痛内镜下胃肠息肉切除术及综合护理。然后,观察这45例患者的治疗效果、并发症的发生率及其对护理工作的满意率。结果:这45例患者均成功接受手术治疗。接受护理后,这45例患者并发症的发生率为11.1%,其对护理工作的满意率为95.6%。结论:对接受无痛内镜下切除术的胃肠息肉患者进行综合护理的效果显著,可有效地降低其并发症的发生率,提高其对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing for gastrointestinal polyps undergoing painless endoscopic resection.Methods:from June 2017 to June 2019,45 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to the first people’s hospital of jining city,shandong province,were studied.All the 45 patients underwent painless endoscopic gastrointestinal polypectomy and comprehensive nursing.Then,the treatment effect,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction rate of the nursing work of the 45 patients were observed.Results:all the 45 patients received successful surgical treatment.After receiving nursing care,the incidence of complications in the 45 patients was 11.1%,and their satisfaction rate of nursing work was 95.6%.Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing of gastrointestinal polyps undergoing painless endoscopic resection has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction.
