早春的东营港经济开发区,繁忙的200万吨/年对二甲苯项目施工现场,2000多名工人正戴着口罩紧张施工。这个鲁北高端石化产业基地的龙头项目,总投资140亿元,从立项到开工仅用了不到3天,从开工到投产预计不用一年,建设速度刷新纪录。山东省在全力抓好新冠肺炎疫情防控的同时,坚持项目建设不掉线,新旧动能转换不停步,向着“三年初见成效”全力冲刺。疫情防控期间,山东大项目、新项目动作频密:裕龙岛炼化一体项目、潍柴数字化动力产业基地等重大项目陆续开工复工。
