高校学生评教的动因、问题及对策——基于H省普通本科高校的调研

Research on the Reasons,Problems and Strategies of Students’Evaluation on Teaching in Universities——Based on the Investigation in H Province

学生评教是我国高校学生参与学校管理,促进教学改进的重要手段。我国制度化学生评教的实施既基于教学的内在要求,也源于高等教育投资体制改革和社会问责的外部助推。通过对H省代表性高校进行调研,发现本科高校学生评教在参与人员、指标设计、组织实施、结果使用等方面存在诸多问题。究其根源既在于高等学校教学的特殊性,也在于管理主义的评价取向。为更好地发挥学生评教的改进功能,应明确评教的目的,加强评教前指导;吸纳教师参与,设计科学且适用的评教指标;重视形成性评价,增加学生评教信息可参考价值;严密组织实施,保护学生隐私;及时反馈,以“人本和发展”为原则使用评价结果。

Students evaluation on teaching is an important mechanism for students to participate in the management of universities and promote the improvement of the teaching.The institutionalization of students evaluation on teaching in China is based on the nature of instruction and stimulated by the reform of higher educational investment system and social accountability.Based on the investigation on six universities in H province,students evaluation on teaching has many problems such as participant,assessment indicator,implement,feedback of evaluation result.The reasons of these problems include the characteristics of teaching in higher education and managerialism.In order to play the improvement function of students evaluation better,we should correctly understand the purpose of evaluation,strengthen guidance,admit teachers to participate and design appropriate indicators,pay attention the formative evaluation and provide more useful information,strictly implement and take the confidentiality seriously,make feedback timely and use the evaluation result for teachers’professional development.
