摘要
如何从根本上改革培养创新人才的方式,已然成为中国高校创业教育所面对的重大任务和挑战。由此从创造性的本质出发,深入探讨创造性思维的含义以及相关理论,并在此基础上讨论创造性思维和创业、创业教育相互促进的关系。重点结合创造性训练方式,分析在实际教学中如何对大学生进行创业教育,高校应以创造性思维培养为切入点开展创业教育,培养创造性人才。具体来说包括:创设崇尚创造性的学校环境,鼓励创造型教师进行各学科渗透式教学;培养学生创造性学习习惯和教授创造性思维技能;创设创业教育课程体系,奠定学生创业实践基础;注重学生个体差异,因材施教进行创业教育培养。
With the background of backward concept of entrepreneurship education training and the great gap with the west countries,how to reform the ways of training innovative talents fundamentally has become a major mission and challenge that universities entrepreneurship education teachers confrontes.In the present article,we focuses on the nature of creativity and discussed the meaning of creative thinking and relevant theory.Then,the mutual promoting relationship between creative thinking and entrepreneurship education were discussed.Moreover,we mainly explore how to conduct entrepreneurship education in the actual act of teaching,with combination of creative training methods in the view of psychology.Specifically creative environment should be created in the campus.Then,teachers should be encouraged to use creative methods in interdisciplinary teaching.Moreover,teachers should cultivate the students habits of creative learning and teach them skills of creative thinking.Last but not least,teachers should pay attention to individual differences of students and train them according to their aptitude for entrepreneurship education.
