民办高校艺术设计专业教师人才培养能力研究——以山东省民办高校为例

Research on the Talent Cultivation Ability of Art Design Design Teachers in Private Colleges——Taking Private Colleges in Shandong Province as An Example

以山东省7所民办高校艺术专业教师作为研究对象,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,总结目前民办高校艺术设计专业教师人才培养能力的现状以及存在的主要问题,结合访谈内容分析制约民办高校艺术专业教师人才培养能力提升的原因,从而提出解决路径。

This study selected art teachers of 7 private colleges in Shandong province as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys and indepth interviews,it summarized the current status and main problems of the ability of art design teachers in private colleges.The ability of art design teachers includes the following aspects:knowledge base,industry experience,cognitive ability,communication ability,teaching operation ability,reflective ability,professional ethics and development ability.Based on the analysis of the interviews,the reasons restricting the improvement of the ability of art teachers in private universities are analyzed,and an attempt is made to propose ways to improve the ability of art design professionals in private universities.
