摘要
对活性污泥法处理苯胺类染化废水过程中的微生物群落结构进行了研究,结果表明:随着反应周期的增加,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)由反应启动时的41%增至约79%,其中α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria)由17%升至约58%,β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)由13%先升至20%后降到约8%。鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingopyxis)由0.18%增至5.08%,赤杆菌科(Erythrobacteraceae)由0.09%增至15.65%,成为优势菌群。
The results showed that, with the increase of reaction cycle, the Proteobacteria of Proteus increased from 41% to about 79% at the start of the reaction, among which the α-class(Alphaproteobacteria) increased from 17% to about 58%, and the β-class(Betaproteobacteria) increased from 13% to20% to about 8%. sphingomonas(Sphingopyxis) from 0.18% increased to 5.08%, and Chiliaceae(Erythrobacteraceae) increased from 0.09% to 15.65%, becoming dominant flora.
