摘要
钻井液降滤失剂在稳定井壁、降低摩阻、减少井下复杂事故等方面具有重要的作用。以玉米淀粉为主要原料,通过接枝共聚的方法合成改性淀粉,并对产品抗温、抗盐、配伍性等方面进行评价测试,结果表明改性淀粉在饱和盐水、120℃测试条件下,降滤失性能、润滑性能和配伍性均好于油田在用的抗复合盐降滤失剂产品,具有一定的推广价值。
As the depth of oil drilling continues to increase and the formation conditions become more and more complicated, sticking stuck, wall instability, bit mud packs, dragging of drills, drag pumps and other downholes are complicated due to poor drilling fluid performance during drilling. Occasionally, it has become an important factor affecting safe and fast drilling. In this paper, corn starch is used as the main raw material, and modified starch is synthesized by graft copolymerization, and the product is resistant to temperature. Evaluation tests on salt resistance, compatibility, compatibility, etc. The results show that under the conditions of saturated brine and 120 ℃, the modified starch has better filtration loss performance, lubricity and compatibility than the composite salt reduction filtration in oil fields Lost agent products have certain promotion value.
