污水重金属检验前处理方法的比较研究

摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定污水样品中9种元素(铍、钡、镉、锌、铜、锌、铁、锰、镍),并进行了加标回收率测试。结果表明:两种前处理方法的污水样品实验结果一致,且ICP-MS分析检测受元素干扰都较小。相比而言,国标方法元素的结果回收率优于环境标准。鉴于国标方法污水前处理用时间短、前处理过程操作简便,推荐使用国标前处理方法进行污水前处理,用ICP-MS进行分析检测。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) was used to determine the concentrations of nine elements(beryllium, barium, cadmium, zinc, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, nickel) in sewage samples, and the recovery rate test was performed. The results showed that, the results by the two pretreatment methods are consistent, and the ICP-MS analysis and detection are less affected by elemental interference. In contrast, the result obtained from the national standard method showed relatively better recovery.More over,the national standard method has the advantage of short pretreatment time and simple operation So, It is recommended to preferentially select the national standard pretreatment method for for sewage pretreatment,and use ICP-MS for analysis and detection.
