电厂废水再生水处理系统布置优化

摘要 与传统布置方案相比,西北某电厂设置水务中心,将锅炉补给水车间,工业废水车间,再生水处理车间,综合水泵房等联合布置,简化和优化了电厂水务系统流程、有效的减少土地使用面积,节省一次性投资280万元以上;实现电厂水务管理和运行监控集成化、功能化的目标,符合电力建设工厂化、模块化的设计发展。 Compared with the traditional arra ngement, water center was set up in a power plant in northwest China. The combined arrangement of boiler make-up water plant, industrial waste water treatment plant, reclaimed water treatment plant, and comprehensive water pump room simplified and optimized the water supply system flow of the power plant, effectively reduced the land use area, and saved one-time investment for more than 2.8 million yuan. Integrational and functional of water management and operation monitoring shall be achieved, and the water center conforms to the industrial and modular design development of power construction.
