中国特色社会主义国家治理体系形成过程中的要素聚合与结构生成

中国传统时代拥有一个自成一体且高度成熟的国家治理体系,但这种高度成熟的国家治理体系在鸦片战争后的社会大转型中被侵蚀破坏得支离破碎。中国在"西学东渐"的背景下开启了面向世界和现代化的现代国家治理体系建构行程,逐步引入现代国家治理体系的构成要素,并在长期的历史过程中进行了诸构成要素的中国化改造及彼此间的结构重塑,形成了既适应中国现代国情,又在世界上别具一格的中国特色社会主义国家治理体系。中国特色社会主义国家治理体系的形成内在地反映了中国百余年历史发展的必然,它不仅在要素成分上聚合了马克思主义、中国共产党、人民民主、协商民主、法治国家、社会主义等内容,而且还将前述要素纳入中国特色社会主义,进行了结构生成组合,形成了现代国家治理体系。
