Implement water-saving evaluation to limit water waste

为切实加强节水工作,水利部在2018—2019年陆续出台了开展节水评价工作的相关文件,明确了节水评价的相关技术要求,建立了我国节水评价机制。在介绍节水评价机制建立过程、实行节水评价的重大意义和节水评价主要技术要点的基础上,结合多个建设项目开展节水评价工作的实践,分析推进节水评价存在的主要问题,提出下一步工作建议,可为推动和完善节水评价工作提供一定参考。

In order to put the idea of enhancing supervision in the water conservancy,from 2018 to 2019,the Ministry of Water Resources of China has been gradually publishing documents in the aspect of evaluation on water conservation.These documents have defined the relevant technical requirements,and established the evaluation mechanism for water conservation.On the basis of introducing the process of producing the evaluation mechanism for water conservation,the significance of implementing the evaluation on water conservation and the main technical issues of water conservation,this paper combines many hands-on practices in construction projects and analyzes the main difficulties in promoting the evaluation on water conservation.It also proposes suggestions for the future efforts and can be regarded as a valuable reference to facilitate and improve the evaluation work on water conservation.
