上海市青浦区练塘镇农林水联动建设经验与探索

Experience and exploration on linkage building of agriculture,forestry and water in Liantang Town,Qingpu District,Shanghai City

为推动农业、林业和水利协调发展,打造与上海国际大都市相匹配的都市现代农业,助力乡村振兴,上海市滚动实施了两轮农林水联动。青浦区练塘镇是上海市两轮农林水联动聚焦建设的乡镇之一,共建设4个片区,总面积57.1 km2,占练塘镇辖区面积的61%。练塘镇在农林水联动建设中,注重统筹规划,强化部门联动,整合多方资源,实现联动升级,为区域经济社会发展注入了新活力。

In order to promote the coordinated development of agriculture,forestry and water conservancy,and to develop urban modern agriculture that matches the international metropolis,and to promote rural revitalization,Shanghai has launched two rounds of agriculture,forestry and water linkage building action.Liantang Town of Qingpu District is one of the key towns in this linkage building action,in which 4 sub-districts with a total area of 57.1km2 has been involved,covering 61%of the area of Liantang town.In this linkage building action,Liantang Town focuses on overall planning,inter-departmental interaction,multi-resources integration,and linkage upgrading,this has injected new vitality into regional economic and social development.
