摘要
根据国家气象局中国天气网站公布的北京和河北部分城市整点天气实况以及环保部公布的空气质量指数等资料,分析了北京地区空气含水量的本底值和雾霾气候条件下的增量。结果表明,采暖季节人为释放的水汽量导致北京地区空气含水量产生较大幅度增加,对北京地区冬季雾霾天气加重带来不可忽视的影响。对2016年12月和2017年12月两次雾霾天气过程的分析结果显示,其平均空气含水量高出水汽本底值0.78 g/m3,北京城区站2017年12月29日0—7时空气含水量增幅为24.4%。
Analysis is made on the background value of air moisture content and the increment of haze climate in Beijing,according to hourly weather forecast reported at the latest synoptic hour of Weather China for Beijing and cities in Hebei published on the website of the National Meteorological Administration,and air quality index published by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.The results show that the amount of water vapor released by human activities in the heating season leads to a large increase of air moisture content in Beijing,which has exerted non-negligible impact on the formation of fog and haze in winter.The analytical results of two haze weather processes in December 2016 and December 2017 indicates that the average air water content is higher than the water vapor background value of 0.78g/m3,and the air water content increases by 24.4%at 0-7 on December 29,2017 at district stations in Beijing.
