摘要
分别做了国六石化柴油、B5和B10生物柴油共3种油品的重型柴油车排放性、动力性和经济性试验,对比了不同油品条件下车辆的实际道路工况CO、THC、NOx和PN总比排放。结果表明与使用国六石化柴油相比,高海拔条件下重型柴油车使用生物柴油的PN比排放降幅为9.95%,CO比排放降幅为25.98%,THC比排放降幅为71.43%,而NOx比排放仅增加0.94%;使用B5生物柴油车辆综合百公里油耗最大仅增加0.66L,使用B10生物柴油在直接挡位条件下车辆的50~70 km/h加速时间仅增加1.3 s,总体而言车辆使用生物柴油后经济性和动力性水平与使用石化柴油相比差别不大。
Emission,dynamic and economic performance of three types of diesel including China Standard VI fossil diesel,B5 and B10 diesel on heavy duty diesel vehicle are performed,the brake specific emissions of CO,THC,NOx and PN on the vehicle's actual road conditions are compared.It's found that,under high altitude condition,for the heavy duty diesel vehicle fueled with the biodiesel,the maximum amount of PN emission is 9.95%lower,CO is 25.98%lower,THC is 71.43%lower and the NOx emission is only 0.94%higher than that fueled with traditional petroleum diesel.The B5 fuel consumption of 100 kilometers merely increased 0.66 litre.Under the condition of direct gear,the acceleration time of vehicle speed from 50 km/h to70 km/h increased by 1.3 seconds with B10 diesel.In general,the B5 and B10 diesel's overall economy and power performance have little difference with that of petroleum diesel.
