摘要
论述了非道路通用小型汽油机蒸发排放的产生与影响,介绍了当前世界上对于非道路通用小型汽油机蒸发排放的法规要求与实施情况。对近期美国加州空气资源委员会(California Air Resources Board,下文简称CARB)蒸发排放法规修订后的主要变化内容进行了详细解读。分析与比较了美国环境保护署(U.S Environmental Protection Agency,下文简称EPA)与CARB关于非道路通用小型汽油机蒸发排放法规之间的差异。
This paper discusses the generation and impact of evaporative emissions from small off-road engines,and introduces the requirements and implementation of regulations.The main changes in the revised CARB small off-road engine evaporative emission regulations are explained in detail.The differences between EPA and CARB evaporative emission regulations for small off-road engine are analyzed and compared.
